Atlas Arteria (ASX:ALX) has announced that TRIP II is appealing the Virginia State Corporation Commission’s final decision on toll rate increases for the Dulles Greenway. The appeal to the Supreme Court of Virginia must be filed by January 2, 2025. Atlas Arteria is a global operator of toll roads, including interests in France, the United States, and Germany.
