Atlantic Sapphire Rewards Key Employees with Share Options

Atlantic Sapphire AS (AASZF) has released an update.

Atlantic Sapphire AS has granted 3,000,000 share options to key employees as part of its existing share option program, with options expiring on May 16, 2029, and a strike price of NOK 1.15. The options, which have a four-year vesting period, have been allocated to 38 key employees including COO Mario Palma, Chief Development & Infrastructure Officer Svein Taklo, and HR Director Valerie Leath. The company is known for its pioneering Bluehouse® salmon farming and is currently expanding its production capacity in the US.
