Atlantic Sapphire Insider Share Sale and Expansion Update

Atlantic Sapphire (AASZF) has released an update.

Blue Future Holding AS, associated with board member Patrick Dempster, has sold 2,174,307 shares in Atlantic Sapphire ASA at NOK 1.0002 each, totaling NOK 2,174,741.90, on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Atlantic Sapphire, known for its innovative land-raised salmon farming, is expanding its production capacity with a Phase 2 facility to meet a long-term target of 220,000 tons annually.
