Atlantic Sapphire (AASZF) has released an update.
Atlantic Sapphire ASA, a leader in land-raised salmon farming, has announced a rights issue to raise up to USD 64 million, with shares trading exclusive of participation rights as of today. Shareholders registered by September 19, 2024, will be eligible to subscribe. The company, which made its first commercial US harvest in 2020, is expanding its capacity to an annual 25,000 tons with plans for future growth.
