An update from Atlantic Lithium ( (GB:ALL) ) is now available.
Atlantic Lithium secured parliamentary ratification of the mining lease for its flagship Ewoyaa Lithium Project in Ghana, formally approving the planned mine and processing plant and marking the first ratified lithium mining lease in the country. The revised lease aligns royalties and levies with Ghana’s new sliding-scale regime, de-risks the project, and allows the company to push ahead with funding discussions, a final investment decision, and community-focused socio-economic initiatives in the Central Region.
During the March quarter, the company also completed Phase 4 soil sampling at its wholly owned Agboville and Rubino licences in Côte d’Ivoire, with results pending. On the corporate side, Atlantic Lithium secured potential funding of up to US$16.4m from Ghanaian pension funds and Long State Investments, ended talks over a possible takeover proposal, and closed the period with A$13.9m in cash.
The most recent analyst rating on (GB:ALL) stock is a Hold with a £0.32 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Atlantic Lithium stock, see the GB:ALL Stock Forecast page.
Spark’s Take on ALL Stock
According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, ALL is a Neutral.
The score is held down primarily by very weak financial performance (sharp revenue decline, deeply negative margins, and negative cash flow), partially offset by minimal leverage on the balance sheet. Technical indicators are mixed but moderately supportive on a longer-term basis, while valuation is difficult to support given losses and a negative P/E.
