Atlantic Lithium Ltd. has announced the appointment of Edward Koranteng, CEO of the Minerals Income Investment Fund, to its Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director. This move is part of a strategic alignment with Ghanaian stakeholders, following MIIF’s $5 million investment in the company as a sign of confidence in Atlantic Lithium’s flagship Ewoyaa Lithium Project. Koranteng brings over 23 years of experience in corporate, legal, and mining sectors to support the development of Ghana’s first lithium mine.
