Atlantic Lithium Ltd., focused on developing Ghana’s first lithium mine, has appointed Edward Nana Yaw Koranteng as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective immediately. Koranteng, with a 23-year background in law and corporate banking, was the CEO of Ghana’s Minerals Income Investment Fund and has played a significant role in managing the country’s mining interests. His appointment aligns with a strategic investment partnership, strengthening the company’s ties with Ghanaian stakeholders and advancing the Ewoyaa Lithium Project.
