Atlantic Lithium Ltd. has announced the appointment of Edward Nana Yaw Koranteng, CEO of the Minerals Income Investment Fund (MIIF), as an Independent Non-Executive Director. This move aligns with the terms of MIIF’s strategic $5 million investment in Atlantic Lithium, aimed at expediting the development of Ghana’s first lithium mine, the Ewoyaa Lithium Project. Edward brings over 23 years of experience in legal, corporate, and investment banking to the board, enhancing the company’s leadership as it advances towards lithium production.
