Atlantic Lithium Ltd. has clarified an earlier announcement by confirming the appointment of Edward Koranteng as a Non-Executive Director, rectifying a previous error that labeled him as an ‘Independent Non-Executive Director.’ Koranteng brings over 23 years of experience as a lawyer and corporate investment banker and is currently the CEO of Ghana’s sovereign minerals wealth fund. His appointment aligns with MIIF’s US$5 million investment in Atlantic Lithium, part of a larger US$32.9 million funding commitment to advance the company’s Ewoyaa Lithium Project in Ghana.
