An update from Atlantic Lithium ( (GB:ALL) ) is now available.
Atlantic Lithium has consented to Elevra Lithium transferring its 22.5% interest and associated rights in the Ewoyaa Lithium Project and broader Ghana lithium portfolio to Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt, subject to regulatory approvals. The deal includes the handover of offtake rights and reciprocal releases, simplifying the ownership and governance structure around the Ghana assets.
If completed, Huayou will waive remaining development cost conditions and assume sole funding of the project’s development costs under the existing agreement, providing a clearer financing path for Ewoyaa. Atlantic Lithium said the arrangement should accelerate project delivery and benefits for host communities, while the transaction remains independent of the recently announced scheme of arrangement with Huayou, though consideration under the transfer may adjust in line with any change in scheme terms.
The most recent analyst rating on (GB:ALL) stock is a Hold with a £0.32 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Atlantic Lithium stock, see the GB:ALL Stock Forecast page.
Spark’s Take on ALL Stock
According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, ALL is a Neutral.
The score is held down primarily by very weak financial performance (sharp revenue decline, deeply negative margins, and negative cash flow), partially offset by minimal leverage on the balance sheet. Technical indicators are mixed but moderately supportive on a longer-term basis, while valuation is difficult to support given losses and a negative P/E.
