Atkore Inc. is experiencing a leadership transition as CFO and CAO David Johnson steps down to explore a new opportunity outside the electrical industry. John Deitzer will take over as CFO, bringing a wealth of experience from his previous roles in investor relations and corporate strategy, along with an MBA from Carnegie Mellon. James Alvey, with over a decade in financial reporting and auditing, will become CAO after serving as VP – Corporate Controller. Both Deitzer and Alvey have been internally promoted and their compensations have been set, aligning with the Company’s long-term incentive plans.
