Athene Holding Appoints New Director from Apollo Management

Athene Holding (ATH) has released an update.

Bogdan Ignaschenko has been appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors, bringing his expertise as a Partner at Apollo Global Management. He will serve without compensation in alignment with other Apollo employee directors. His appointment is not based on any prior arrangements, but it’s important to note Apollo’s significant transactions with the Company, as well as the potential for certain Board members to benefit from investments related to Apollo’s activities. These financial relationships are detailed in the Company’s Annual Report.
