Athena Gold Corporation is set to enhance its position in the gold exploration sector by acquiring Libra Lithium Corp.’s Laird Lake and Oneman Lake gold projects in Ontario, Canada, which are located in a high-yield gold region. The transaction will also lead to a reshuffled Athena leadership team, with new appointments including David Goodman as Chairman and Koby Kushner as President, CEO, and Director. Furthermore, the company is planning to relocate its domicile to Canada, with the acquisition expected to finalize by October 10th, 2024.
