Athabasca Oil (TSE:ATH) has released an update.
Athabasca Oil Corporation has initiated a redemption of its US$157 million senior secured notes due in 2026, to be financed by the proceeds from a new issuance of senior unsecured notes and cash reserves. The redemption, scheduled for August 9, 2024, will be conducted through the Depository Trust Company, with the Bank of New York Mellon acting as the paying agent.
