Athabasca Minerals Inc. has received court approval to reorganize and will delist from the TSX Venture Exchange as part of an acquisition by Badger Mining Corporation. The company’s common shares are to be transferred to a new entity, with shareholders receiving shares proportional to their previous holdings, and the transaction’s proceeds will be used to settle Athabasca’s debts. The delisting and cessation as a reporting issuer are expected to follow the transaction’s closing by April 29, 2024.
