Atha Energy Strikes Major Uranium Project Deals

Atha Energy Corp. (TSE:SASK) has released an update.

Atha Energy Corp. has entered into option agreements with Terra Uranium Ltd., allowing Terra to earn up to a 70% interest in Atha’s Spire and Horizon projects, and Atha to acquire up to a 60% interest in Terra’s Pasfield project. These agreements involve Terra incurring exploration expenditures of at least $4.75 million across various deadlines, with joint ventures forming upon certain milestones.
