Auction Technology Group PLC has announced that CFO Tom Hargreaves is set to resign to join a private equity-backed firm but will stay on to ensure a smooth transition into early next year. The company is now actively searching for Hargreaves’ replacement and will make a further announcement regarding the appointment in due course.
