Auction Technology Group PLC (ATG) has announced changes to its Board Committee Membership with Tamsin Todd taking over as Chair of the Remuneration Committee from Scott Forbes, who remains on the committee. The company is now in the process of appointing a new non-executive director to fill Forbes’s previous position on the Audit Committee and join the Nomination and Remuneration Committees. ATG, a leading marketplace operator for curated online auctions, connects bidders to thousands of trusted auction houses and has a long-standing history in the auction industry since 1971.
