Atalaya Mining Director Buys Company Shares

Atalaya Mining (GB:ATYM) has released an update.

Atalaya Mining PLC reported that Jesus Fernandez, a company Director, has invested in the firm by purchasing 92,500 shares at 400 pence each, now holding a 0.066% stake in the company. This purchase, conducted on the London Stock Exchange, is a show of confidence by the director in the Europe-based copper producer. Atalaya operates the Proyecto Riotinto in Spain and is listed on the London Stock Exchange under the ticker ‘ATYM’.
