Atalaya Mining Plc has announced its 2023 Final Dividend schedule following shareholder approval at the recent AGM, offering a dividend of $0.04 per share with options for payment in Sterling or Euros. Shareholders must submit currency election forms by 12 July 2024, with dividends expected to be paid on 9 August 2024. The company, a European copper producer operating the Proyecto Riotinto in Spain, highlights that the dividend distribution will not incur Cypriot tax withholdings.
