ASX Limited has disclosed a change in director Helen Lofthouse’s shareholdings, where she was awarded 13,644 shares under the Short Term Variable Reward Deferred Equity Plan and 16 shares under the Employee Share Gift Plan. The awards are part of the company’s incentive plans and are subject to vesting and holding conditions. No shares were disposed of, and the value of the shares was determined based on the volume weighted average market price of ASX shares.
