ASX Limited has announced the appointment of David Clarke as the new Chair Elect, set to assume the role after the upcoming Annual General Meeting on 28 October 2024. Clarke, who has a distinguished background in financial services, will be succeeding Damian Roche, who is retiring from the ASX Board post-AGM. Clarke’s extensive experience includes CEO and senior management roles, as well as chairing several ASX-listed Boards.
