Astute Metals NL has reported a significant increase in the holdings of Director Anthony Leibowitz, with an acquisition of 19,261,791 fully paid ordinary shares valued at $539,330.16, through participation in the company’s entitlement offer. This change, which did not involve any disposal of shares, has been disclosed under the Corporations Act requirements and has affected Leibowitz’s direct and indirect interests, including those in entities where he serves as a trustee and director.
