Astrana Health, Inc. has revamped employment agreements with top executives Brandon Sim and Chandan Basho, introducing attractive compensation packages that include substantial base salaries, performance-based bonuses, and long-term equity incentives. Sim, the CEO, will enjoy an $850,000 base salary with bonuses up to 125% of that, while Basho, the COO/CFO, will receive a $600,000 base salary with up to 80% in bonuses. Both are set to receive equity awards valued at $11 million and $2 million respectively, blending time-based and performance-based vesting tied to company financial targets. The contracts also promise robust health and life insurance benefits, with additional severance provisions in case of termination under specific conditions, ensuring strong financial incentives aligned with Astrana Health’s growth objectives.
