Astral Resources NL (AAR) has entered a trading halt on the ASX as it seeks court orders regarding a missed deadline for issuing a cleansing notice after a recent share issuance. The halt is in effect until the earlier of a market update scheduled to be released by 2 July 2024 or the commencement of normal trading on that date. The trading halt was requested by the company to manage its compliance obligations under the Corporations Act.
