ASTI Holdings Limited has announced the upcoming delisting of its subsidiary, Dragon Group International Limited (DGI), from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, effective from the morning of September 9, 2024. DGI, in which ASTI holds a 40.98% stake, received the official notification of delisting on August 23, 2024. Further details have been provided in DGI’s recent announcements.
