ASTI Holdings Limited has announced that its stake in Advanced Systems Automation Limited has decreased significantly from 25.98% to 13.64%, resulting in the loss of significant influence over the company. Consequently, ASA is no longer considered an associated company of ASTI Holdings. The financial impact of this dilution on ASTI’s statements is still under review.
