Astaka Holdings Limited has announced that through its subsidiary, Astaka Padu Sdn. Bhd., it will provide an interest-free shareholder loan of up to RM20 million to its joint venture company, Bukit Pelali Properties Sdn. Bhd. This financial support aims to bolster the joint venture’s property development projects in Johor, Malaysia and reflects the company’s commitment to its long-term investment strategies.
