Astaka Holdings Limited, in partnership with Kimlun Corporation Berhad, has commenced construction on Arden, a 68-storey premium serviced residence in Johor Bahru. This development, part of Phase 3 of One Bukit Senyum, is set to be the second tallest building in the city and is expected to enhance Johor Bahru’s skyline with its iconic design. With a gross development value of RM800 million, Arden will feature 618 units and hotel-grade amenities, targeting high demand from foreign buyers. The project is scheduled for completion by 2030 and is envisioned to become a landmark within the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone.
