Astaka Holdings Limited has announced a RM150 million contract with Kimlun Sdn Bhd for the construction of the premium Aliva residential project in Mount Austin, Johor Bahru, which has already seen a 70% take-up rate. Aliva will offer hotel-style management services and facilities, aiming to complete by Q4 2026. The groundbreaking ceremony held on April 18, 2024, reinforces Astaka’s commitment to quality in partnership with Kimlun, known for their extensive experience in major real estate projects.
