Assure Holdings Corp. has settled all disputes with Wellgistics Health, Inc., formerly Danam Health, Inc., and Assure Acquisition Corp., related to a previously planned merger. As part of the Settlement Agreement, the associated Convertible Note was cancelled, and it was confirmed that no party owes any termination fees or other amounts, effectively ending the merger discussions and any related obligations.
