Assura plc, a healthcare real estate investment trust, has announced a scrip dividend option for its shareholders, resulting in 13,657,643 new ordinary shares to be issued. These shares will be traded on the London Stock Exchange and will be on par with existing shares, enlarging the total shares in circulation to 3,250,608,887. The company’s interim dividend is classified as 100% Property Income Distribution.
