Associated International Hotels Sets AGM and Dividend Proposal

Associated International Hotels Limited (HK:0105) has released an update.

Associated International Hotels Limited has announced its upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) to be held on September 6, 2024, where it will present the audited financial statements and director’s reports, and propose a final dividend of HK$0.25 per share. Shareholders will vote on the re-election of directors and the re-appointment of KPMG as the company auditor. Additionally, resolutions will be discussed to authorize directors to set their remuneration and to grant them the power to issue new shares and make offers that may require such issuance within certain limits.
