AssetCo has announced that Harwood Capital Limited, managed by Christopher Mills, a Director of the company, has transferred 73,920 ordinary shares at no cost, reducing its stake in the company. This transaction decreases Harwood Capital’s interest in AssetCo to 18.3291% of the issued share capital. The transfer was conducted on the London Stock Exchange on September 1, 2024.
