Assembly Biosciences Welcomes New Board Member, Launches Bonus Plan

Assembly Biosciences (ASMB) just unveiled an announcement.

On March 13, 2024, Gilead Sciences’ Robert D. Cook II joined the Board of Assembly Biosciences without compensation, as part of an Investor Rights Agreement. Concurrently, the Company’s Compensation Committee launched the 2024 Corporate Bonus Plan to incentivize employees with cash bonuses based on corporate and individual performance. The plan, effective from January 1, allocates varying bonus weightings according to employee rank, with a potential bonus of up to 1.5 times the target amount, payable in the first quarter post-performance period, provided employees remain with the company through payment date.
