Asra Minerals Limited (AU:ASR) has released an update.

Mr. Paul Summers, a director at ASRA Minerals Limited, has significantly increased his stake in the company through the acquisition of 20,000,000 ordinary shares and 10,000,000 options, as per the latest director’s interest notice. The transactions took place as part of a shareholder-approved placement, with the ordinary shares purchased for $100,000 and the options obtained for free. Post-transaction, Mr. Summers now holds over 57 million ordinary shares and a substantial number of performance rights and options with varying expiry dates.
