With 46 years of financial expertise, including roles as a venture capital investor and a portfolio manager with a track record of outperforming benchmarks, Ragard brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. His tenure will last until the 2025 annual meeting of stockholders, a move initiated by significant stockholder Jack W. Schuler under a 2013 agreement.
