Aspen (Group) Holdings Limited’s subsidiary, Aspen Vision City Sdn. Bhd., has entered a joint venture with Kerjaya Property JV Sdn. Bhd. to develop a mixed-use property in Aspen Vision City, Batu Kawan. The project will transform approximately 221,198 square feet of land into a new development featuring a hotel, residences, serviced apartments, retail, and office spaces. Aspen Vision City will hold a 30% stake in the special purpose vehicle created for this venture, while Kerjaya Property JV will hold the remaining 70%.
