Bhd. to develop two pieces of freehold land in Tanjong Bungah, Penang, Malaysia. This joint venture, where Aspen will hold a 40% stake, aims to enhance the company’s development portfolio and strengthen its position in the Malaysian property market. The company plans to seek shareholder approval for this venture at an upcoming extraordinary general meeting.
