Aspen Group Limited (AU:APZ) has released an update.

Aspen Group Limited has announced a significant change in director Edwina Gilbert’s interests, with the acquisition of 187,000 Stapled Securities at $2.13 each through an on-market purchase. The securities are held indirectly by Jenwin Pty Ltd as trustee for The Philip and Edwina Testamentary Trust, of which Gilbert is a beneficiary. This transaction demonstrates a bolstering of the director’s stake in the company.
