Aspen Group Limited has officially closed its off-market takeover bid for Eureka Group Holdings Limited, as of 28 May 2024. Details including the distribution schedule and the top 20 shareholders of Aspen Group’s ordinary shares have been released in compliance with ASX Listing Rules. The takeover has resulted in a reshaping of the company’s ownership structure, with information available as of 7 June 2024.
