Aspen Group Limited announces the upcoming addition of John Freedman as an Independent Non-executive Director, bringing his extensive finance and real estate experience to the board. Clive Appleton will retire as Chairman after the 2024 AGM, with plans to appoint Guy Farrands as his successor. Freedman’s appointment will be subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
