Aspen (Group) Holdings Limited has announced major changes in its board composition, with the retirement of Mr. Cheah Teik Seng as Chairman and Independent Non-Executive Director, and Dato’ Alan Teo Kwong Chia as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective after the AGM on 22 October 2024. These retirements are part of the company’s board renewal process, and the board expressed its appreciation for their contributions. As a result, the board and its committees will be reconstituted following the upcoming AGM.
