ASOS plc has successfully completed the sale of the Topshop and Topman brands to a joint venture, with HEARTLAND A/S’s subsidiary holding a 75% stake and ASOS Holdings Limited retaining a 25% interest. There have been no material changes since the initial announcement of the transaction. ASOS continues to be a global fashion destination for young adults, offering a wide range of products and brands through its online platforms.
