At the recent Extraordinary General Meeting, Australian Strategic Materials Limited (ASM) announced that all proposed resolutions were approved by shareholders through a poll. The voting details, compliant with section 251AA of the Corporations Act, are provided in the accompanying documentation. Key resolutions included the ratification of a share issue under the Placement and the approval of issue of Placement Options, both of which passed with overwhelming majority support.
