ASL Marine Holdings Ltd. has announced an increase in its issued ordinary shares from 958,347,556 to 990,440,576 following the exercise of 32,093,020 warrants at S$0.06 each on July 24, 2024. These new shares will be listed on the SGX-ST and are expected to start trading from 9:00 a.m. on July 26, 2024. Concurrently, 208,468,678 outstanding warrants expired on July 23, 2024.
