ASL Marine Holdings Ltd. has increased its total number of ordinary shares from 919,220,201 to 919,701,801, following the allotment and issue of 481,600 new shares due to warrant exercises priced at S$0.06 each. These shares are scheduled to be listed and commence trading on the SGX-ST on July 11, 2024. After this exercise, there remain 279,207,453 outstanding warrants, set to expire on July 23, 2024.
