ASL Marine Holdings Ltd. has announced the issuance of 12,288,100 new ordinary shares following the exercise of equivalent warrants at S$0.06 each, increasing the total number of shares to 958,347,556. These new shares will be listed on the SGX-ST and commence trading from 9:00 a.m. on July 24, 2024, aligning equally in rights with existing shares. Additionally, 240,561,698 warrants remain outstanding, set to expire on July 23, 2024.
