By combining entrepreneurial local operations with the scale and expertise of a larger group, it aims to drive progress in the healthcare sector and support more efficient, sustainable care delivery across Europe.
The group has agreed to acquire Belgium-based RMS Medical Devices, a fast-growing distributor of innovative medical technologies in the Benelux region, with expertise in endoscopy, radiology, urology, digital health, artificial intelligence and minimally invasive surgery. The deal, expected to close on 1 April 2026, will add SEK 170 million in revenue, strengthen Asker’s European offering and is anticipated to have a positive impact on the group’s EBITA margin, enhancing its market position and growth prospects in specialized medical devices.
