Asiatic Group (Holdings) Limited held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on July 29, 2025, at the Republic of Singapore Yacht Club. The meeting was attended by the Board of Directors and shareholders, with Mr. Chia Soon Hin William serving as the Independent Chairman. During the AGM, the Chairman confirmed the presence of a quorum and proceeded with the meeting.
